Deanne founded CoastHR to provide office managers and practice managers in legal services and accounting with access to professional HR expertise.
For more than twenty years, Deanne held senior HR leadership roles, working closely with leaders, managers and employees to achieve business outcomes through developing and implementing targeted people initiatives across the full range of HR functions.
In 2018, Deanne relocated to the Whitsundays to assist with her partner's 50-person tourism business.
The global pandemic hurled standard business practices out the window, and she was thrown into managing the administration, crew, logistics, and compliance, and day-to-day vessel operations, for the 24/7/365 business.
